| IOWA CUBS SWING MAXBATS TO FIGHT CANCER - June 07, 2007 | | BROOTEN, MN- The Iowa Cubs are joining MaxBat in creating awareness about prostate cancer and raising funds to help fight the disease. The team will celebrate Father’s Day, June 17th, against the Memphis Redbirds swinging baby blue bats from MaxBat. MaxBat and the Iowa Cubs partnered in the same fashion on Mother’s Day to fight breast cancer with the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
