MaxBat, Inc. prides itself on the quality and performance of its products, which not only meet, but also exceed industry quality and durability standards. However, all materials are subject to fatigue and a possible breakdown over time.

MaxBat will replace any defective precision crafted in-stock model, purchased via www.maxbats.com from our In-Stock selection of 191, R10, C4R, or Titan, to the original purchaser within 30 days of receipt of said bat, under the conditions listed below:

  1. The bat was purchased online at full retail price via www.maxbats.com
  2. The bat broke during normal use as a result of an internal defect in the wood, and is now unusable by rule.
  3. The bat was only used with leather-covered baseballs (use with dimpled pitching machine balls will void the warranty).
  4. The defective bat is returned to MaxBat, Inc. accompanied by a copy of the Order Confirmation email that you originally received from invoice@maxbats.com at the time your online order was placed.

This MaxBat warranty covers all manufacturing defects resulting from normal field usage including: Cracking or Breaking (cracks or chipping resulting from hits off of the cupped end are not included in this warranty).

RETURN PROCEDURE:

  1. Review above conditions before shipping your In-Stock Pro Model 191, R10, C4R, or Titan back to MaxBat, Inc.
  2. Contact MaxBat, Inc. by replying to your original Order Confirmation (invoice@maxbats.com), that you are returning a broken bat for review.
  3. Send bat in question (along with copy of original Order Confirmation email from invoice@maxbats.com) to the following address:

Warranty coverage will be determined exclusively by MaxBat personnel. MaxBat, Inc. cannot guarantee the warranty of your product until it is properly inspected and determined to be under warranty. Once received, if MaxBat, Inc. agrees that the product is defective under the terms/conditions of the 30-day warranty (as detailed above), a one-time replacement product will be shipped to you via Ground Delivery after up to 3 business days of receiving the item. If MaxBat, Inc. deems the item does not fall under the terms/conditions of the 30-day warranty, a replacement bat will not be sent, but you will receive a 40% discount code to be used on your next In-Stock Pro Birch MaxBat purchase.
