Once production has started on a custom bat, order cannot be canceled. Canceling an order on any other item is allowed as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at email@example.com or by phone at 320-346- 2413.
Due to the nature of wood bats, we do not offer a warranty on any of our bats except for In- Stock Birch bats. Details can be found on in-stock bats page within the description of those bats. Should you have an issue with any of our non-bat products or bat, please contact us and we will work with you to correct the situation.
The estimated shipping date on order confirmation is an estimate, not a guarantee. However, every attempt will be made to have your order shipped from our facility on or before that date. We are located in MN and ground shipping can vary from 1-5 business days. Estimated shipping date reflects when it will ship, not when it will be received.
Personalized bats cannot be returned or exchanged, but all other products may be provided they are returned to us in new condition. Please contact us if you wish to return or exchange an item. In the event of a refund, we will credit you for the product, but not the shipping.
